The Capitol Battle of the Bands is dedicated to celebrating the rich cultural heritage and extraordinary talent of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) marching bands. Our mission is to provide a dynamic platform that showcases the artistic excellence, musical precision, and vibrant energy of these outstanding ensembles. We aim to foster a spirit of camaraderie and healthy competition among participants, while inspiring and empowering young musicians through exposure to the highest levels of performance and creativity.
